What we collect

When you apply for access we ask for four things:

— your name, so we know who we are approving;
— your email address, which is how we send your access key and how we identify you;
— your phone number, used to contact you about your application;
— your broker account number, which we check against our IB records to confirm the deposit.

We also record when your access key was last used, so a key shared across devices can be detected.

What we never have

We have no access to your trading account, your balance, your positions or your money. We cannot place, change or close a trade. We do not receive your broker password and could not use it if we did.

We take no payment, so we hold no card details. There is no card form anywhere on this site.

Where it is stored

In a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in Singapore, and in the logs of our hosting provider, Vercel. Access is limited to the KOKOSAM administrators who review applications.

Your email address is also passed to our email provider so the access key and expiry reminders can be delivered. It is not used for anything else and is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers.

Push notifications

If you allow notifications, your browser gives us an anonymous subscription address so we can send new-signal alerts. It contains no personal information and you can revoke it at any time in your browser settings, or by turning notifications off in the member area.

How long we keep it

For as long as you hold access, and afterwards while a record of the application is needed to answer questions about it or to verify a renewal.

Having your data deleted

Email admin@kokosampro.com from the address you applied with and ask for deletion. We remove your subscriber record, your access key and your application.

Your relationship with the broker is separate and is not ours to delete — contact the broker for that.
