Include the email address you applied with. It is the key we look you up by, and without it we cannot find your application.

KOKOSAM publishes XAUUSD (gold) trading signals. SAM Signal is the call — a direction, an entry, a stop loss and three take-profit levels. SAM Zone is a chart study that marks buy and sell zones so you can judge whether a call sits somewhere worth acting on.

Every trade is placed by you, on your own broker account. We do not trade for you, we never have access to your funds, and we are not a broker or a fund manager.

Access is free. You open or use a trading account with our partner broker under our IB link and fund it; the size of your deposit decides how long your access window runs (7, 15 or 30 days).

You apply with your account number, we check it against our broker records, and once it is verified we email you an access key. The key works on one device at a time.

We are paid a rebate by the broker on your trading activity. You never pay KOKOSAM anything, and your deposit stays in your own trading account where only you can withdraw it.

No access key arrived. Check spam — the first message from a new sender often lands there. If it is not there, email us with the address you applied with.

The key is rejected. A key works on one device at a time and stops working when its window ends. Email us and we will tell you which it is.

Your application is still pending. A person checks each deposit against our broker records. The most common hold-up is applying with a different email than the one registered at the broker.

There is nothing to cancel with us: we take no payment and there is no subscription. Your access key simply stops at the end of its window unless a new deposit opens another one.
